A tool we built and use daily

The only app built for independent ATM operators with live processor sync.

ATM Route Manager helps independent ATM operators manage their fleet, plan optimized cash-loading routes, and track cash levels in real time. It connects directly to PAI Reports and Switch Commerce so terminal data, cassette balances, and dispense trends update automatically without manual CSV exports.

Built by our team. Sold separately.

We built it because we needed it.

ATM Route Manager is built by Pants Brothers LLC, founded by the same person who runs Savannah ATM Solutions. The Savannah ATM team uses it daily to run our own routes — and it's available to any independent ATM operator who wants the same tools we use.

What's inside

Every feature we've verified

Live processor sync

Connects to PAI Reports and Switch Commerce; pulls terminal data, cash levels, cassette balances, and transaction history every 30 minutes automatically.

Multiple processor accounts

Operator plan supports 3 connected accounts per processor; Professional supports 10; Business supports unlimited.

CSV import

Manual import for any processor not natively supported, with column mapping.

Route optimization

Uses Google Directions API with real-time traffic data to order stops by fastest drive time, not just distance; handles 25+ stop routes by segmenting.

Offline route execution

Routes cache automatically when opened; loaders can complete stops, log cash, and add notes without cell signal; data syncs when reconnected.

Cash level tracking

Per-terminal cash levels with capacity percentage, days-until-cash-out estimates, and configurable low-cash thresholds.

Smart cash load suggestions

Suggests load amounts per stop based on the terminal's 30-day average dispense rate and configured load interval.

Load history

Tracks every cash load per terminal, including manual entries and auto-detected loads from cassette balance jumps.

Mid-route stop management

Add, remove, or skip stops on an in-progress route; edit start/end addresses with automatic re-optimization of remaining pending stops.

Completed routes

Past routes saved with full stop-by-stop history; one-tap reuse to copy a past route's terminals into a new planner session.

Group and Route Area filters

Filter terminals by PAI Group tags or user-defined Route Area, with searchable bottom-sheet picker for large fleets.

Team multi-user system

Four roles — Admin, Manager, Field Tech, Loader — each with appropriate permissions; invite team members via shareable link.

In-app notifications

For team join, route assignment, route start/completion, terminal cash loaded, low cash alerts, hardware error alerts, transaction trend alerts.

Transaction trend alerts

Fires when a terminal's 7-day average transactions deviate 30%+ above or below its 30-day baseline; requires 14 days of sync data; 24-hour per-terminal cooldown.

Hidden terminals

Long-press to hide terminals from routing, alerts, and dashboard while continuing to sync them in the background.

Live in-app support chat

Powered by Crisp; available on every screen; response time typically within 1 business day.
