Services

Savannah ATM provides ATM placement, equipment sales, wireless connectivity, and transaction processing services. Service terms are established through separate agreements with each customer.

Shop & Purchases

All equipment sales are final. Rental agreements are governed by the separate Wireless Modem Rental Agreement signed at time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Savannah ATM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or equipment beyond the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bryan County, Georgia.
