What does a cash loader do?

Cash loaders are independent contractors who keep ATMs stocked with cash. You're assigned a set of ATMs in your area and visit them on a regular schedule — typically 1–3 times per week. Each visit takes about 5 minutes: open the vault, load the cassette with your cash, enter the amount loaded directly into the ATM menu, and lock up — ATM Route Manager automatically syncs the updated balance from there.

The ATM Route Manager app tells you exactly when each machine needs a load, how much cash to bring, and provides turn-by-turn navigation to each location. Everything is tracked, reconciled, and insured.

Requirements

Reliable vehicle

You'll need a car or truck to transport cash to ATM locations in your area.

Available cash float

Typically $2,000–$10,000 depending on the number of ATMs you load. Your cash is always tracked and reconciled.

Smartphone

For route navigation, reporting, and accessing ATM Route Manager on the go.

You earn a commission on every ATM transaction processed during your load period — paid directly via ACH through PAI, our processing partner.
